What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery times for all items are 2-3 weeks. However, there is certain times we may be low on stock of one item or out of stock. If this is the case then we will let you know when it is arriving in stock and if thats ok with you? In a worst case scenario, its very rare but you will have to wait a maximum of 4-5 weeks until we restock items.
How does the proccess work?
Come and visit us and have a look around the sofas we have on offer. Please be aware that we dont have every sofa on display due to the amount of sofas we have with limited space. We do try and keep one of each of the colours and farbics so you can choose.
Once you choose your new sofa we will give you an approximate date of delivery and a consignment number for our 2 man delivery firm Furdeco.
Once your new sofa is scanned in to Furdeco you will recieve a text and email advising you of this and with 48 hours you will recieve an offer for a day of delivery and a 3 hour time slot.
You can choose options, such as assembly, take away rubbish, unwrap items or dispose of old sofa. A small charge will be added by the courier firm for these.
How do I pay?
You have a choice of payment methods.
- Debit/Credit card
- Klarna (Buy now pay later or 3 Monthly payments)
- Cleapay (Spread the cost over 4 payments)
- Ideal4finance (Spread the cost over 6/12/24/36/48 months)
- Cash
If none of these are options for you we can take deposits and you can pay off your sofa as and when is possible for you. This option the sofa wont be released until the full invoice is paid.
